Position: Account Manager

Location: Seattle, Washington

Job Description:

The client offers a wide range of services including Amazon operation, advertising placement, and marketing services. We are seeking One mid-level, Account manager with exceptional customer service skills and a deep understanding of the Amazon market to help us expand in the North American market. As an Account Manager, you will be our primary point of contact with our customers, responsible for maintaining customer relationships and understanding and meeting their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand and master customer business needs, work closely with the internal team to ensure accurate communication and efficient delivery of customer needs.
  • Regularly provide business updates and reports, track and manage customer feedback to ensure continuous service improvement.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our influence in the North American market.
  • Developing, coordinating and often implementing marketing strategies across Advertising platforms
  • Owning OW best practices (AMC, VoM, VoC, VoS), measure and track the effectiveness/ROI/ROAS of marketing efforts through analytics & reporting - Take action from your insights after making recommendations to clients.
  • Championing quarterly and annual business reviews for client renewals.

Requirements:

  • 2 years + experience overseeing implementation or managing and executing pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Amazon, Google, or a similar platform. 2 years + experience in an agency environment preferred.
  • Have a deep understanding of Amazon operation knowledge, can handle most of the customer's business problems.
  • Proven results in digital strategy and paid advertising within the e-commerce space.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster/maintain relationships across multiple businesses and organizations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to understand complex environments and projects, pay attention to details and maintain an organized workflow.
  • Excellent planning, project and time management, and decision-making skills with the ability to self-manage numerous projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
