Administrative Assistant & Client Services Specialist | Flexible Location (Seattle or Remote) Starting Salary: $54,000 - $60,000 (32-to-40-hour week by agreement)

Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

Client Support & Communication:

• Provide prompt and professional updates to clients on business processing.
• Manage client correspondence, follow-ups, and service requests.
• Prepare new client onboarding paperwork, setup online access, and maintain/update client profiles.

Administrative & Business Processing:

• Manage senior advisor’s calendar and inbox efficiently.
• Enter data for insurance applications and suitability forms.
• Maintain CRM updates in real time to ensure accurate tracking of underwriting and business processing.
• Communicate with underwriters, case managers, and business processors for timely and accurate processing.

Team Support & Case Preparation:

• Assist with internal case preparation meetings.
• Support advisors with case materials for client meetings.
• Perform special projects and other administrative duties as needed.

What You Bring

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through on time-sensitive matters.
• Client-focused with a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
• Ability to solve problems and know when to take initiative versus when to ask for support.
• Self-directed professional who takes full ownership of responsibilities and outcomes.

What We Offer You

• Competitive salary ($54,000 - $60,000) commensurate with experience and agreed upon hours worked (32-40 hours per week).
• Hybrid or fully remote flexibility-depending on hire's location.
• Discretionary bonus evaluation each June and December.

• After 6 months of employment, employer provides:
• 5-year personal LTD plan with MassMutual (contingent upon being approved for coverage).
