Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to help lead our dynamic team. As a key member of our management, you will partner closely with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive the success of our exciting new concept.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including front- and back-of-house.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of professionals to deliver top-notch service.
• Uphold our commitment to fresh, local seafood and outstanding cocktails by maintaining quality standards.
• Work collaboratively to develop and execute business strategies to achieve financial goals.
• Create a positive, community-oriented atmosphere for guests and team members.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years proven experience in restaurant management, ideally in a seafood-focused or coastal dining environment, with at least 2 years in a Senior Manager or AGM role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Financial acumen to assist in managing budgets and achieving revenue targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
