Title: Business Development Manager- Home Care Sales (White Plains/Westchester County)

Location: White Plains, NY (on site)

Salary: Starting at $90,000 + bonus structure

***This position is based on site in White Plains, NY. Candidates must reside within commuting distance to this location to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and cultivate relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations to generate leads for home care services.
• Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding client base.
• Lead sales efforts, working closely with operations and care coordination teams to ensure smooth service implementation.
• Manage a team of intake (admissions) coordinators, providing training, mentorship, and performance oversight.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach and brand awareness.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on revenue growth, client acquisition, and market penetration.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field strongly desired
• Experience in the healthcare sector; familiarity with medical terminology
• Experience with supervising/managing a team
• Prior experience with outreach and community engagement activities
• Prior experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home care, skilled nursing, or related fields.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through relationship-building and strategic sales.
• Understanding of the region's healthcare landscape and referral networks.
• Ability to travel locally to meet with potential clients and referral partners.
