Job Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their goals while collaborating closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. We're looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail, and a good understanding of project management principles. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges. Be the go-to person for client inquiries and concerns.
Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects from start to finish. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Onboarding and Training: Guide new clients through the onboarding process by coordinating training sessions and providing essential resources for a seamless transition.
Performance Tracking: Keep an eye on project progress and client performance metrics, offering regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and proactively address any challenges that arise.
Feedback Loop: Collect client feedback to inform product and service enhancements. Work with teams to implement changes based on client insights.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes. Prepare and present updates on project status and client success metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align client goals with our offerings and drive overall business success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in client success, account management, or project coordination.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and internal teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while paying attention to detail.
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and CRM tools (e.g., HaloPSA, Connectwise, Autotask, Glasshive, Salesforce, Hubspot).
Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
A proactive problem-solver with a positive approach to addressing challenges.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
