CAD Designer

Contract: 1-year long with a chance to extend

Location: 5 days on-site in Bellevue, WA

Pay rate: 38-40hr

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced BIM Technician with a focus on Telecoms Design. The successful candidate will join our global team, working on AutoCAD and Revit-based design for IT networking infrastructure projects. With a keen eye for detail, you will be responsible for executing design projects, updating standard details in 2D and 3D, and collaborating with the Project Management team to establish BIM requirements and standards.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be proficient with BIM360, Revit, and Autodesk tooling, with a proven ability to work in both 2D and 3D environments. Familiarity with blocks, elements, families, and template creation is crucial. Your agility and effective multi-tasking skills will be put to use as you manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of BIM Modeling or CAD Design Experience
• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Drafting and Design
• Minimum of 1+ year experience drawing in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment
• Basic knowledge of IT systems
• Experience working with Autodesk Revit in a professional environment
• Proficiency in creating and modifying complex 3D models and 2D drawings using Revit Experience with BIM 360 or similar cloud-based collaboration platforms
• Demonstrated knowledge of low voltage, electrical and IT designs principles and best practices
