We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist who specializes in data entry. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the face of our company, ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors while also playing a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized records.

• Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, utilizing software such as QuickBooks.
• Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in general administrative tasks as needed, supporting various departments within the organization.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks software is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and pleasant demeanor, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
