Position Description:

As Data Migration Lead, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing the data migration activities for our SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. This role requires relevant technical knowledge, project leadership skills, presentation and communication competencies, project planning, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global delivery teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end data migration activities for  SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Develop a comprehensive data migration strategy and plan, considering data quality, mapping, extraction, cleansing, and validation.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users, functional consultants, and technical teams, to define data migration requirements and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
• Follow established data migration processes, ensuring adherence to best practices, data governance standards, and security protocols.
• Lead the data migration efforts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful execution of migration activities.
• Monitor and report on data migration progress, identifying and mitigating risks or issues that may impact project timelines or data integrity.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, related field or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or experience in a similar role
• Excellent project leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work with team members and other experts to identify and resolve data migration issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, Good consulting skills are a pre-requisite, with business-facing consulting capability.
• Understanding of business Processes in SAP.

The annual base compensation range for this role will be $114,153 - $194,900.  The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to organizational needs and the qualified candidate’s skill set, certifications, and experience.
