Job Summary: The firm is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Design Engineer/Project Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing engineering projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong technical skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and prepare engineering design documents, including design reports, cost estimates, site plans, and civil/mechanical piping drawings.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, including plans, designs, reports, and updates.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engineering design and project management.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
