We are looking for an Editorial Support Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for the preparation of creative work for submission into medical and regulatory review groups inside our clients' companies. You will report to the Senior Medical Editor. This entry-level position requires meticulous attention to detail and offers considerable room for growth into other areas of the company (e.g. editorial, project management, or account service). Responsibilities: - Executes legal and medical submissions across clients, linking medical claims to published sources via the Veeva Vault PromoMats (the US legal and regulatory information management and approval system)
- Confirms that all reference links and associated references are correct
- Ensures submissions comply with company standards and guidelines for electronic job submissions
- Works with the team to address and troubleshoot regulatory submission challenges and work with client teams to ensure efficient and compliant resolutions
- Owns the submission process in Veeva, to include creation and maintenance of records, annotating and referencing, submitting and resubmitting for review
- Delivers work on time inline with client project deadlines
- Supports senior staff with required systems and process maintenance, including updating internal process documentation, and disseminating information clearly to appropriate parties
- Works closely with account service, creative, copy, and editorial team members to ensure efficient and accurate workflow
Requirements: - Bachelors' degree plus, 1+ year experience working in a client facing role
- Digital & Pharmaceutical industry knowledge is preferred
- Medical Legal Review (MLR) submission and/or Veeva experience preferred (will also consider candidates with experience in Data Entry, Data Verification, etc)
- A strict attention to detail is critical in this role in order to adhere with P10, client, and US regulatory standards
- Ability to understand and set priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and design work plans to track progress, resolve issues, and see tasks to completion
- Tech-savvy & a quick learner with new technical tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Discipline to work independently in a virtual work environment
