Electrical Maintenance Manager Position Overview: DSJ Global has partnered with a top building materials client who's seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Manager to join their team. This position will lead initiatives to increase the effectiveness of the electrical maintenance staff and processes. The role will focus on maximizing cement and aggregates production by implementing new control methodologies to improve power and control systems reliability. Significant time will be dedicated to developing staff to support preventative maintenance strategies while identifying and executing capital improvement projects for all electrical and automation systems.
