We specialize in Weddings, corporate events, cocktail parties, showers, and special events. We pride ourselves on excellent client communications throughout the planning process, and seamless execution for day of event. We curate continued relationships with clients for years to come with a strong family atmosphere.

Role Description

This is a contract on-site role at our partnered venues and clients homes, for an Event Manager at Sweet and Savory Catering in Indianapolis, IN. The Event Manager will be responsible for executing events, coordinating with clients and vendors, managing event timelines, and ensuring the success of each event. You will be leading a team of servers and bartenders during the scheduled time of event.

Qualifications

• Event Planning, Event Coordination, and Vendor Management skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in the catering or hospitality industry is a plus
