Role Description

This is a part-time/full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing schedules, preparing expense reports, supporting staff, and performing general administrative assistance. The role requires excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with different departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and General Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience with Expense Reports and Executive Support
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency with office software such as MS Office
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the construction or hardscape industry is a plus
• Must have two years of related experience
• Experience with Google Suite/Sheets required
• Quickbooks online experience required
