**Compensation Package:**

**Responsibilities:**
- Efficiently organize files to maintain a smooth workflow within the firm.
- Precisely schedule and manage important events and deadlines.
- Assist clients in completing legal forms and provide support throughout the process.
- Prepare drafts of letters and court documents for attorney review.
- Generate reports and legal documents under attorney supervision.
- Keep clients promptly informed of progress and gather necessary information.
- Assist in preparing cases for hearings and trials.
- Provide support to attorneys during meetings and as needed.
- Attend weekly case management meetings and ensure accurate updates in case files.
- Perform backup tasks such as e-filing, answering phones, and scheduling appointments effectively.
- Notarize documents when required.
- Competently complete any other assigned tasks.
**Qualifications:**
- Candidates must hold a paralegal professional certification or have completed advanced paralegal education to be eligible for the Estate Planning—probate Paralegal position.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are fundamental to this role.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities are crucial qualities sought in potential candidates.
- The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a Florida Probate paralegal.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Florida Estate Planning is mandatory for this position.
- While a high school diploma is necessary, candidates with additional training at a college or university are preferred.
- Proficiency in document-building software like WealthCounsel and/or Westlaw Form Builder is a must, and experience with similar software will be considered.
- Proficiency in Clio Manage is a requirement, but experience with similar practice management software will be considered.
- Familiarity with Google Mail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates should have a typing speed of 60-100 WPM to be considered for this role.
