Job Title: Facilities Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Facilities team, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
• Act as the main point of contact for landlord-related contractors and R&M.
• Manage venue upkeep, coordinating vendors for pest control, landscaping, fuel deliveries, equipment rentals, electricians, fencing, parking lot/sidewalk cleanliness, waste removal, and overall infrastructure maintenance.
• Oversee energy usage, develop cost-saving strategies, and propose renewable energy solutions.
• Maintain HVAC, fire systems (alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers), and life-saving equipment (defibrillators, first aid kits).
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/ANSI standards and enforce company safety/security policies.
• Conduct and log safety walk-throughs, ensuring systems like exit signs, plumbing, electrical, and flooring are maintained.
• Work with Operations to coordinate venue logistics, including box office, coat check, guest lines, and other event-related setups .
• Manage winter-specific needs, including heaters, generators, and snow removal .

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in facilities, venue, or building management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience is accepted.
• F-04 & F-07 Certificate of Fitness required ; additional certifications (CFM, FMP, S95, DOH, OSHA) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire safety, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems .
• Experience in energy management and renewable energy solutions .
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and manage related certifications.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, identify cost savings, and work independently.
• Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.).
