Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic insights to support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. This role will support multiple Brands within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and create financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key trends and variances.
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the company's performance, profitability, and financial health.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to ensure financial goals are met.
• Analyze sales data and forecast future revenue based on traffic, conversion, and AOV trends)
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and business strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry benchmarks, and financial regulations to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
• Assist in developing financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Work Environment:

• Collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
• Corporate headquarters are located in Opelika Alabama with travel required to this location.
• Ideal candidate will be based in Auburn, Atlanta or Birmingham due to possible hybrid locations.
