Position: Financial Analyst

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Type: Contract

Pay rate : $45/hr

Summary:

Seeking a Financial Analyst to support reporting and analysis of restructuring programs, including coordination with business units and the Controller's organization. This role will assist in the monthly financial assessment process, perform various analytical tasks, and directly support the Financial Manager with business decision-making and budget management. Responsibilities include developing and analyzing business case models to evaluate the economic impact of decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate, analyze, and report monthly forecasts and financial close, preparing insights for senior management.
• Conduct financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and annual planning while providing actionable recommendations for business and operational decisions.
• Perform cash flow analytics and evaluate working capital metrics to enhance cash forecasting.
• Lead functional cost consolidation, ensuring accuracy and presenting a cohesive financial narrative to leadership.
• Maintain financial reporting systems and oversee data consolidation.
• Collaborate with market leaders to prepare supplemental sales and order reporting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, leverage technology, and increase efficiency.
• Assist with special projects and provide business unit support as needed.
• Support senior executive presentations.
• Perform ad hoc business and financial analysis as required.

Education:
