This role would suit a recent graduate with a mechanical engineering degree, who is eager to take the next step in their career and contribute to an exciting and well-established organization.

The Role:

• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and CAD files.
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

The Candidate:

• A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software, with SolidWorks experience preferred.
• A keen interest in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
