We are currently looking for a talented and strategic-minded Part-Time Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help enhance our visual and digital presence.
Position Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a passion for service-based marketing and graphic design, particularly in the construction, building, or architectural industries. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva and will play a key role in strengthening our brand through compelling design and strategic digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Develop visually compelling graphics for both digital and print materials while maintaining brand consistency.
Create marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, and presentations, to support business development efforts.
Continuously refine and evolve our brand identity through innovative visual content.
Social Media Management:
Develop, curate, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn (both personal and company pages), Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages to strengthen audience relationships.
Client Collaboration Project:
Lead a project focused on collaborating with client marketing teams to acquire approved marketing materials for projects where we have provided MEP services.
Showcase completed projects on social media to highlight our contributions and expertise.
Strategy and Improvement:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance social media engagement and achieve marketing goals.
Work closely with the marketing and executive teams to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.
Additional Responsibilities:
Manage multiple design and marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality.
Take on additional tasks as needed to support the success of the firm.
Qualifications:
A professional portfolio showcasing a range of design and marketing projects.
Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing, preferably in the construction, building, or architectural industries.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
Excellent creative thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality work.
