Job Description

Overview

The NOCO Company is searching for a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for developing strong conceptual solutions that are executed across various mediums, such as, print, web, social, digital, interactive, and more. In this position you will blend technology and creativity to enhance the look and feel of NOCO's brand identity. All candidates will be asked to provide links to their online portfolio or PDF work samples.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively work across multiple creative projects, such as, packaging, manuals, POP, web, ads, social and more
  • Ability to handle multiple creative requests and prioritize them effectively
  • Provide and present clear design concepts
  • Ability to create brand style guidelines and ensure accountability
  • Proactively suggest synergistic projects to enhance or optimize existing programs
  • Understand competitive context to understand and suggest how to effectively differentiate NOCO brands
  • Full understanding of prepress and print production
  • Analyze creative needs, and develop digital assets
  • Ability to learn, and have a passionate understanding of our products

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in graphic design or related field
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design related software (Keynote, Flash, FinalCut Pro, etc.)
  • Ability to understand and design digital platforms including web and mobile (HTML and light coding experience a plus)
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively based on a shared vision
  • Strong project management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and work independently with little or no direction from management
  • Must be enthusiastic, passionate, positive and driven
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in design of consumer products a plus
