Job Description

Overview:

Resolute Home Care is seeking a motivated and experienced Home Care Agency Director to lead the rebranding and rebuilding of our home care agency. This individual will oversee the development of our Charlotte and Salisbury offices, build a high-performing team, secure new clients, and establish a strong foundation for operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong background in home care to make a meaningful impact on a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional home care services while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Client Services: Conduct new client assessments, perform regular evaluations of current clients, and manage care plans in collaboration with physicians’ instructions.
  • Business Development: Drive client acquisition efforts by building relationships within the community and establishing Resolute Home Care as a trusted provider.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations, policies, and best practices while maintaining the highest care standards.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, resource management, and performance evaluations.
  • Rebranding and Growth: Lead efforts to rebrand and expand the agency’s presence, including marketing initiatives and community outreach.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Complete other tasks as assigned to support the agency's mission and growth.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of home care management experience required. Strong understanding of home care regulations and best practices.
  • Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) preferred but not required; equivalent leadership experience in home care will be considered.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills. Proven ability to manage teams and ensure quality care delivery.
  • Mindset: Results-oriented, self-motivated leader with a passion for home care and a strategic approach to growth and client satisfaction.


Compensation:

  • Competitive pay range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
  • Flexible schedule: Part-time, contract role with approximately 10–15 hours per week.
  • Mileage reimbursement provided.


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.
  • Work Location: In-person, with primary focus on Charlotte and Salisbury offices.
