Home Health RN/LPN – Flexible Shift Work

Dependable Home Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide personalized, 1:1 care for patients in their homes. This position is ideal for nurses with experience in direct patient care and a strong background in managing complex medical conditions. Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' medical conditions, providing direct nursing care as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Educate and support patients and their families in care management and medical conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient care activities.
• Communicate effectively with the patient’s primary care physician and other healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Current and active RN or LPN license in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN or LPN is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Schedule

This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, including day, evening, and weekend shifts. Shifts typically range from 6 to 12 hours , based on patient needs.
