The Raleigh House, a nationally recognized mental health and substance abuse treatment provider has expanded its residential services into the Denver Tech Center. The Raleigh House has been serving the Denver Metro area for over 16 years , providing comprehensive mental health, trauma, and substance treatment. We are focused on personalized integrative care and are  dedicated to changing the lives we serve.

The Raleigh House is seeking a  licensed  master’s level clinician, (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC )  to join our team!! The successful candidate will be a strong group and individual therapist, dynamic, demonstrate insight, be able to shift between intervention models in order to meet the unique needs of each client(s), detail-oriented, and possess strong skills for follow-up.

Essential Functions:

  • Foster and be a part of a culture of excellence
  • Facilitate individual, group and educational/experiential therapies
  • Participate in initial assessments, treatment planning, and coordination of care.
  • Maintain an assigned caseload with personalized treatment planning.
  • Promote awareness, understanding, and compliance with all policies/procedures and maintain appropriate documentation.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic multidisciplinary team and discover opportunities to grow in individual and group supervision.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree or Higher Required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Currently holds a Colorado LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC.
  • CAS, CAT or LAC would be of added benefit to the Raleigh House.
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Experience in SUD and acute Behavioral Health is preferred.

Salary Starting at $65,000-$85,000 (dependent on experience and licensure)
