Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, the Investor Relations Coordinator will manage critical administrative functions supporting investor-related activities for the company Debt Fund. The ideal candidate is comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast pace environment and can comfortably coordinate multiple assignments is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.

The company is a vertically integrated real estate investment, development, and finance firm with 30 years of investment experience and 15 years in private lending. The company transitioned it’s established debt platform to a real estate Debt Fund (REIT).

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the internal marketing tools, calendar, and budget, ensuring alignment with departmental priorities.
  • Work with the Head of IR to ensure that all departmental projects, tasks and initiatives are on track and completed with high accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce data ensuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness of investor contacts, updates and engagement history.
  • Managing the preparation and distribution of marketing collateral and campaigns. Assist in the development and distribution of investor communications, including releases, presentations, and related filings.
  • Manage marketing campaign metrics and data, ensuring they meet engagement and conversion objectives.
  • Coordinate event logistics, from planning to execution, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees; this includes managing logistics for meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
  • Track and manage the departmental marketing budget, ensuring expenditures align with strategic goals.
  • Manage investment performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining the accuracy and relevance of investor-facing platforms (e.g. website, investor portal).
  • Respond to routine investor inquiries and direct complex inquiries to appropriate party.
  • Ensure a high-quality investor experience during the onboarding process and the proper data is sent to third parties.
  • Maintain quality client relations with investors and prospects on behalf of the company.

Tasks- Includes some but not all:

  • Enter, update, and ensure data accuracy in the internal marketing tracker, marketing calendar, and marketing budget, maintaining alignment with departmental priorities.
  • Accurately input and manage Salesforce data to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Generate and interpret Salesforce reports detailing the lead, prospect, and investor life cycles.
  • Collaborate internally and externally to review and edit copy related to marketing collateral.
  • Assisting with lead qualification by conducting thorough research and analyzing investor profiles, offering strategic recommendations for lead prioritization.
  • Facilitate marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including preparation and post-event follow-up, ensuring comprehensive data collection.
  • Regularly update all marketing and data platforms, including Investor Vision and the company website, with accurate and engaging content.
  • Interface with current and prospective investors on behalf of the company

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in finance, business, marketing, communications, related fields.
  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in related fields and/or position such as: private banking, account management, client relations, investor relations, communications, finance, law firm and/or in commercial real estate services.
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to work with sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, ensuring trust and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience that demonstrates the ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and effectively manage deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to act as primary point of contact with internal/external stakeholders, respond to emails, phone calls, requests and other communications professionally and promptly .
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Possess an enthusiastic, efficient, self-motivated and resourceful work style.
