Job Description:

We’re looking for a full-time  Store Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations of our luxury jewelry showroom. This is an  in-person position that requires professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. You’ll be working face-to-face with customers, assisting the sales team, managing high-end inventory, and helping present jewelry in a clean and eye-catching way.

This position can evolve into  handling memos and overseeing pieces on consignment for our showroom window, making it a key role in both customer service and showroom curation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store on time, ensuring security and setup
• Manage and track luxury inventory , including intake, storage, and sales flow
• Assist customers in person , process payments, and help create new orders
• Display and organize jewelry in a clean, attractive, and brand-appropriate way
• Support sales staff with daily operations and showroom organization
• Coordinate with other store assistants and salespeople to meet goals and resolve issues
• Potential to  handle jewelry on memo for display, as trust and experience grow
• Help maintain a professional, high-end showroom environment

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Jewelry industry knowledge or luxury retail experience is highly preferred
• Familiarity with showroom standards and luxury client service is a plus
• Ability to handle high-value items confidently and responsibly
• Bilingual skills are a plus

• Hourly pay ranging from $18 to $25/hour , based on experience, but subject to grow with good performance and consistency
