We're directly responsible for handling asset protection and Insurance benefit options for Local, regional, and various organizations from Police departments, School boards of education officials, and Multiple Government agencies at the local and state level. Responsibilities:

• Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims
• Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
• Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations

Qualifications:

• Skilled with Microsoft Office
• Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued
• Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
