Job Title: Marketing Manager

SWE Homes LP is a Houston-based real estate and investment company located near the galleria. We have 135 full-time team members and have been in business for more than 35 years. Our company has investments throughout Texas, including homes, land, and commercial properties, notes receivable, leases, and specialty finance products. We offer financing on all of the properties that we sell. We have been consistently profitable throughout our history; we are very conservative with leverage and have been successful regardless of economic cycles and interest rates.

Job Summary:  We are seeking a highly motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional, capable of transitioning seamlessly between presenting to executives and engaging in hands-on tasks.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, including targeting specific areas (e.g., San Antonio, Dallas, Fort Worth) for campaigns like home equity loans.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and grassroots efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales pitches and materials.
  • Engage with the Hispanic and low-income communities to build trust and foster relationships.
  • Manage social media accounts and online presence to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage and ensure the website is up to date with the latest marketing campaigns, keywords, and
  • customer engagement tools (e.g., WhatsApp integration, FaceTime feature), and manage the development of additional websites/landing pages.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing efforts,
  • including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain and enhance the SWE Homes brand through consistent messaging, visual
  • identity, and customer experience.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement with your team.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the executive team, including progress on
  • marketing initiatives and any adjustments to strategy.
  • Identify and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including
  • those for signage, digital marketing tools, and video production, meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including
  • advertising standards and data privacy laws.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing campaigns, expenditures, and performance
  • metrics for internal review and external audits if necessary.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed.

Requirements:

  • Understand market and industry trends.
  • Driven to push marketing efforts to successful closure.
  • Must understand web design concepts, Graphics and Video editing, and Adobe Suite.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate
  • Deep understanding of Hispanic community events and culture
  • Must be able to speak, read, write fluently in English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
