Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Nail Artists (Licensed Nail Technicians or Cosmetologists) with 2+ years of experience to join our expanding team in the Sacramento region. You will provide a range of high-quality nail care services to our discerning clientele in our unique men's grooming lounge. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career, with potential for Senior, Management, and Regional positions as we continue to grow. Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of professional nail services, including manicures and pedicures, with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their desired look and offer professional recommendations for nail treatments and styles.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and product innovations in nail care and cosmetology.
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation for all tools and equipment before and after each service.
• Effectively promote and sell retail nail and hand/foot care products, providing tailored recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

• Valid Cosmetology or Nail Technician License in the State of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist specializing in nail services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Demonstrated expertise in various manicure and pedicure techniques.
• Knowledge of different nail products and their applications.
• A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for nail artistry and client care.
• A personal commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
