We’re seeking a highly motivated MBA graduate ready to take on a transformative leadership role within a thriving dental organization poised for expansion.

Currently operating three successful dental offices, we are preparing for aggressive, sustainable growth—and we’re looking for a visionary with the operational mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to scale us to the next level.

You’ll serve as the strategic and operational driver behind our multi-location growth. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a lasting career in a recession-resistant, mission-driven industry , and has the ambition to turn a regional group of dental offices into a highly profitable, efficiently run, patient-first enterprise.

• Strategic Scaling : Develop and execute a multi-phase plan to grow from 3 to 10+ locations within 3–5 years.
• Systems & Efficiency : Identify inefficiencies across clinical and administrative workflows and implement streamlined systems that improve production, collections, patient care, and experience.
• Team Training & Culture : Build a best-in-class training and onboarding system for clinical and non-clinical staff that supports consistency, compliance, and service excellence.
• Data-Driven Management : Establish KPIs, reporting dashboards, and forecasting models to optimize performance and accountability at every level.
• Operations Leadership : Oversee scheduling systems, vendor negotiations, supply chain management, and internal communication processes to support scalable growth.
• Patient Experience : Implement protocols to elevate the patient journey—from first call to follow-up—while driving retention, reviews, and referrals.
• Profit Optimization : Partner with the clinical team to balance quality care with high-margin service offerings and cost control strategies.

• MBA graduate with 2+ years of operations, consulting, or growth strategy experience
• Proven track record of building or optimizing business systems, preferably in healthcare, retail, or multi-unit operations
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills—able to juggle strategy and execution seamlessly
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think in systems, lead teams, and spot profit opportunities
• High emotional intelligence; capable of building trust and alignment with clinical professionals and front-line staff alike
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment where your contributions directly impact outcomes
