Position Overview:
As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the strategic direction and growth of our real estate wholesaling business. You will oversee and streamline daily operations, drive efficiencies, and ensure seamless execution of transactions. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to identify and implement operational best practices, improve systems, and scale the business to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient flow of real estate transactions from sourcing to closing.
  • Team Management: Oversee the operations team, provide mentorship and training, and ensure alignment with company goals and targets.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze current operational workflows and identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as lead generation, contract management, and transaction processing.
  • Data and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, analyze operational data, and create actionable insights to drive improvements.
  • Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, marketing, acquisitions, legal) to ensure smooth collaboration and seamless execution of wholesaling deals.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operational processes comply with legal requirements and industry regulations. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies that can enhance the company’s operations and increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within real estate, wholesaling, or a related field.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate wholesaling practices, including contract management, title processes, and deal structures.
