What You’ll Do:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first face homeowners see (literally, you’ll be knocking on doors) and the voice they hear on the other side. Your mission? Set appointments for roof inspections and get homeowners excited about how we can help them. This is a door-to-door gig, so you need to be enthusiastic, energetic, and ready to roll up your sleeves. We’re all about positive attitudes and big results!

No roofing knowledge? Perfect! We’ll teach you everything, so don’t sweat it.

Your Daily Adventure:

• Knock Knock! Go door-to-door, spread the word about our free roof inspections, and book those appointments.
• Help homeowners understand why their roof may need some TLC (and how we’re the experts to handle it).
• Stay friendly, professional, and upbeat—make them feel like they’re talking to a roofing superhero.
• Meet your goals, hit your numbers, and make your wallet happy—bonus points for exceeding targets!
• Keep track of your appointments, follow up when needed, and keep things running smoothly.
• Work hand-in-hand with our sales team, making sure all the details are covered.
• Report your daily progress and feel awesome about the work you’re doing!
