TBG is partnered with a global law firm seeking a temporary Senior Paralegal. This is a hybrid position expected to last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain electronic data, including organizing, searching, and analyzing document collections from internal and external sources.
• Review and prepare legal documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist with discovery processes, including Bates labeling, organizing productions, and maintaining a production log.
• Support the preparation, editing, and filing of court documents (state and federal) using eFile systems.
• Assist with subpoena preparation and service of process.
• Cite-check and Bluebook legal documents such as briefs and memorandums.
• Create tables of contents and authority for court filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5-7 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Kofax PDF, iManage preferred).
