Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a PMO Governance/Support for an opportunity with a client located in Kennesaw, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain comprehensive project governance guidelines, including roles and responsibilities, decision-making processes, risk management procedures, and escalation protocols

• Regularly review project plans, reports, and deliverables to ensure adherence to established governance standards and project management methodologies

• Generate standardized reports on project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), risks, and issues, providing insights to stakeholders and leadership

• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment on project objectives and governance expectations

• Identify opportunities to optimize project management processes and procedures, proposing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Maintain a centralized repository of project documents, templates, and best practices, ensuring accessibility and consistency across teams

• Provide training and guidance to project managers on project governance policies, tools, and best practices

• Conduct periodic reviews of project activities to identify potential governance gaps and ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Expertise in project governance frameworks and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Analytical skills to identify trends and potential issues within projects
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Primary Skill - Agile Coach
• Secondary Skill - Agile tools (Jira)
• Experience in SAFE Agile and running scrum teams
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Bank of America Enterprise Change Management
• Experienced in Release management and MRA
