Who We're Looking For 
Marea Beverly Hills, is seeking dedicated Polishers to join the team! As a Polisher at Marea Beverly Hills, you will be responsible for drying and assisting in the cleaning of dishes in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. You will work closely with kitchen management to ensure all dishes meet the restaurant’s high standards of quality, clean and consistency,The ideal candidate will have an experience with high volume polishing but not required. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the kitchen by polishing and assisting in cleaning dishes according to the restaurant's standards.
• Assist in managing the cleaning station in the kitchen and ensure it is set up for service with all necessary tools needed for chefs.
• Keep your station clean, sanitized, and organized, following proper food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work efficiently with other line cooks, kitchen staff, and the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure the polishing of dishes and silverware are consistently excellent.
• Be ready to assist in other areas of the kitchen as needed, and be flexible with shift changes based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum1 year of experience as a polisher in a fine dining restaurant or a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to take direction and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
