Working as part of the product team and alongside David our Product Director, join the app that rewards every step users take to help getting millions more people to recognize the immense impact walking can have on our body, minds, and planet.

And here’s what that entails: 

  • Establ ishing the product vision and strategy mainly for your product area (product growth) : activation up to 15 day retention, virality and product led growth initiatives.
  • Buildi ng alignment on the vision across leadership team.
  • Contri buting to the overall product vision and working on outlining the roadmap in collaboration with the Product Director. 
  • Circul ating the vision and making sure that it holds true to the different stakeholders (in terms of goals, priorities, deadlines, quality, etc). 
  • Delive r on the vision by describing each retained functionality in the form of properly documented User Stories, and joining them with the acceptance criteria essential for it to be fully understood by the team. 
  • Alloca ting and planning delivery according to the team’s development capacity. 
  • Perfor ming qualitative and quantitative research to explore and validate feature ideas.
  • Mainta ining the product backlog in accordance with WeWard’s priorities.
  • Indepe ndently perform A/B testing experiments on features and functionalities, analyze performance and communicate via reporting (KPIs).
  • Taking the reins of bug tracking and ensuring that they do not affect delivery.
  • Challe nging both functional and/or technical solutions.
  • Organi zing demonstrations for new or key functionalities.
  • Guaran teeing agile and dynamic workflow and continuous improvement within the team.

✍️ Due to your experience of at least 4 year in a product role within a team, you have a perfect understanding of the Agile environment.

💰 Competitive Salary:  Earn between $90,000 and $120,000 annually , depending on your experience, including additional bonuses.

The process:

  • The first step is a meeting with Kaënaath, our Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will talk together about your expectations, and your experiences, and she will present WeWard to you.
  • We will then set up a video meeting with David, Product Director, who will go into detail about the position’s goals and objectives.
  • Then, there will be a practical case to do at home followed by an onsite presentation to the team.
