Bip.Monticello Consulting, a high-end management consulting firm specializing in the global financial services industry, is seeking a self-motivated and detailed oriented, experienced Project Manager in Banking Risk & Controls to join our team. As a Management Consultant at Bip.Monticello, you will be challenged to utilize your analytical problem solving, leadership, and communication skills in new ways as you lead teams through various strategic initiatives for our clients.

Our team will assist in contributing to the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the implementation of the client’s Control Framework, including Risk Control Policy, Control Standards, Issue Management Policy, Lesson Learned Policy, Control Inventory, in a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using primarily Agile Project methodology.

The Work You Will Do at Bip.Monticello :

The Project Manager in Banking Risk & Controls will collaborate closely with client management and other Bip.Monticello team members to ensure the project is set up and run according to best-practice standards. Key to this role will be the consultant’s problem-solving skills, communication, attention to detail, and strong analysis abilities, along with ensuring our deliverables meet the client’s expectations and are delivered 100% on time.

Required Skills, Experience, & Responsibilities:

  • 5-8 years working with projects in the Global Markets, Global Banking, Finance, or Treasury space.
  • 5-8 years of project experience in the financial services industry at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Sapient, etc.), global investment bank, or Fortune 500 company would be preferred.
  • Prior Banking experience working on Banking Risk and Controls, business analysis, data analysis, project management, and/or projects across various departments.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs.
  • Experience with work-flow systems.
  • Provide support in the identification of issue root cause and provide recommendations for corrective actions and improvements.
  • Perform analysis to support risk and control assessments or coordination for programs and ensure sufficient subject matter expertise exists to enable management of these risks within the Business.
  • Support operational risk scenario analysis and stress testing for Operational Risk Capital requirements.
  • Aid in implementation of standards and procedures that conform to enterprise requirements and support sound operational and compliance risk management.
  • Proficiency within Microsoft Office is required, namely Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Business, Computer Science, Engineering or similar.

**The base salary range for this role is 90,000-$120,000**
