Estimated Commissions between $98,771.00 to $114,643.00 (after launched)

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and personable Real Estate Agent to join Windermere Summit – a unique environment built specifically for new brokers. Available to Greater Seattle and Eastside agents, Summit combines the structure of a traditional office with top-tier training and collaboration. You’ll be immersed in real estate and business essentials, preparing you for a seamless transition into one of our partner offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support buyers and sellers through every stage of the property process
  • Apply internal procedures and industry best practices
  • Stay up to date with market activity and property trends
  • Attend structured classes, coaching sessions, and peer accountability groups
  • Dedicate 10–15 hours per week to a comprehensive training plan
  • Meet clear development milestones to prepare for independent success

The Person

  • You must be licensed or currently enrolled in a real estate licensing program
  • Approachable, motivated, and confident in building client relationships
  • Skilled communicator with good negotiation ability
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
  • A self-starter who’s also a great team player
  • You’ll need your own reliable transport and a valid driving license
  • Must be aged 18 or over
