Our client, an elite AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a motivated and diligent Real Estate Associate Attorney with 2 to 5 years of experience to join their dynamic legal team in Anchorage. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a solid foundation in real estate law to further develop their expertise in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and support on a diverse range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client needs and case strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their real estate goals are met efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in the resolution of disputes related to real estate transactions and property management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting real estate law.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the Alaska State Bar.
- 2 to 5 years of experience practicing real estate law, with a proven track record of successful transactions.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
