IHOP BILLINGSIHOP - Immediate Restaurant Manager Needed

Management Responsibilities:

• Manage all areas of the restaurant, including the dining room, kitchen operations, and overall cleanliness and safety.
• Handle guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure team member training is in compliance with IHOP Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise employees.
• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with management staff, team members, and vendors.
• Execute financial goals, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives.
• Complete all required reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain personnel files with appropriate employment and legal documents.
• Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
