Position Location: 100% Remote: We have team members based all over, including these locations: Sarasota, FL; Tampa, FL; Denver, CO; New York City, NY; New Orleans, LA; Los Angeles, CA; Nashville, TN

If this sounds like a company you see yourself working for, our Agency Sales team is looking for a dynamic, out of the box thinker to join our sales team as an Agency Sales Executive. This individual must be a driven team player whose primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business. The ideal candidate has demonstrated a successful growth record in a marketing agency, thrives in a fast paced environment and is eager to stay on the forefront of digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of hunting, prospecting, building, and maintaining a sales pipeline
  • Achieve daily-weekly-monthly outbound sales activity expectations
  • Become an expert in our service offering
  • Be an expert at discovery; asking the right questions that will enable us to match our offering to our prospects' unique business needs.
  • Discover prospects needs, and devise and execute strategies to win target clients
  • Work with client services team to develop execution strategy for prospective clients
  • Qualify and close prospective clients that will benefit from our service offering
  • Efficient, consistent, and effective deal management
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue quotas
  • Build strategic relationships to increase inbound referrals
  • Close inbound and referred business
  • Use Salesforce.com to manage and update sales activity
  • Attend and prospect at industry conferences
  • Give our prospective customers a taste of excellence in the sales process; you are their first impression of their partnership experience with our agents

Requirements

  • Proven consultative sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably at an Agency/OPM, affiliate network, ad sales, or for marketing technology company with a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and Clevel
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan toclose
  • Must be comfortable hunting, with experience in lead generation and cold outreach
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Some travel required
  • Use of your image/background/professional profile for the purposes of marketing strategies

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant Sales Experience
  • Experience in digital marketing sales; affiliate marketing experience
  • Knowledge in e-commerce, marketing product feeds, online strategy, and marketing analytics
  • Comfortable selling to "C" level executives
  • Ability to navigate a sale with multiple decisionmakers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time-management, planning and organizationskills
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality, result-based work
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
