The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for promoting unique experiences and products.

What You'll Do:

· Greet and interact with visitors, providing exceptional customer service.

· Promote and sell tours, excursions, and local products to cruise ship guests and independent travelers.

· Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and expert product knowledge.

· Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.

· Assist with merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

· Be a positive representative of Icy Strait Point and Hoonah’s culture and values.
