Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is in search of a highly detailed, professional, and senior level Executive Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team! In this role, you will be collaborating with other Executive Assistants to complete all tasks needed by the leadership team, including but not limited to personal and professional multi-city international and domestic travel, expenses, Board preparation, and daily ad-hoc needs. Additional responsibilities include facilitating committee and direct report meetings, maintaining organized files, coordinating executive outreach and external relations, and more. The qualified candidate will have 7+ years of experience supporting c-level executives, high proficiency in MS Office Suite, possesses clear, precise communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, and can give flexibility with work hours. This position requires superior professionalism, and the ideal candidate is a model of proactiveness, credibility, and trustworthiness.
