We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting our company’s growth by attracting top-tier professionals. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of modern recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for critical and recurring roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire).
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and hiring practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
