Position Summary

The Vice President of Sales, Club Channel will be responsible for leading Reed’s Inc.’s national strategy and execution across key club accounts including Costco, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s Wholesale . This high-impact role will own top-line revenue, partner relationships, and long-term growth strategies for the channel. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in club retail, a track record of scaling brands in high-volume environments, and the leadership to guide cross-functional teams toward success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Channel Leadership

  • Leverage relationships across Sundries, Juice and Adult Beverage Departments to land rotations and everyday listings.
  • Utilize data packs to successfully develop, sell and execute national programs, including but not limited to Multi-Vendor Mailers.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships with club retail buyers and merchant teams.
  • Navigate the nuances of each club’s buying structure and seasonal calendar to maximize impact.

Sales Execution & Forecasting

  • Drive accurate forecasting, inventory planning, and performance analysis in collaboration with operations and finance.
  • Manage SKU-level performance, promotional planning, and in-store execution to maximize ROI and velocity.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, and Finance to support flawless execution of programs and product launches.
  • Ensure alignment between production planning and retailer demand signals.

Innovation & Expansion

  • Identify and drive new item opportunities, seasonal packs, and exclusive formats that align with club-specific shopper behavior.
  • Champion Reed’s innovation pipeline within the club channel to support trial and brand awareness.

Team & Leadership

  • Foster a collaborative, insights and performance driven sales culture.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of CPG sales experience, with 5+ years focused on club retail (Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s).
  • Proven success in managing large retail accounts and delivering top-line growth.
  • Deep understanding of club-specific selling dynamics including rotations, demo programs, item setup, and logistics.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in trade management, margin analysis, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
