Job Title: Yacht Compliance Coordinator

Location: 101 SE 14 th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL (On-site)

Company: Luxury Yacht Group LLC

Salary Range: $60,000–$75,000 annually (depending upon experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, take-charge Compliance Coordinator to work with our Yacht Management team. This important role will lead, organize and maintain compliance documentation and processes, ensuring our fleet adheres to international maritime regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update compliance records, including ISM/ISPS/MLC documentation.
  • Monitor certification schedules and ensure timely renewals.
  • Assist in preparing for audits and inspections.
  • Support the Yacht Management team with administrative tasks related to compliance.
  • Liaise with captains and crew to gather necessary compliance information.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in maritime compliance or yacht management.
  • Familiarity with international class and flag regulations and standards.
  • Incredible organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with yachts over 80 feet.
  • Knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
